In the Lands of Panigaccio

A 'unique sensory experience that will take B&B guests on a discovery of typical Lunigiana dishes

Ss one of the most famous Lunigiana dishes, they are the symbol of Podenzana and its entire territory: they are the panigacci! A kind of unleavened bread baked in traditional terracotta "testi" heated over the fire and being baked to give it an unmistakable flavor. Ancient and simple, panigaccio represents a true symbol of local identity.

During this experience, thanks in part to the Panigaccio Podenzana Association, it will be possible to observe live all the stages of preparation, try cooking and finally taste this dish that for centuries has been one of the main sources of livelihood for local communities.
