The famous site “Braciamiancora”, a true reference point for all lovers of meat and typical Italian products cooked on the grill returns to Lunigiana, precisely in the valleys of Zeri. Here, thanks to “Le Modeste di Zeri”, an all-female association that works to safeguard the flavors and traditions of the area, we witness the preparation of the famous local lamb meat, recognized as a Slow Food presidium, and cooked in the Lunigiana text.
