A guided tour of the dairy, discovering Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, the king of Italian gastronomy!

Con Sigeric, discover the Caseificio Sociale di Borgotaro, operating since 1967 in Alta Valtaro, where Parmigiano Reggiano di Montagna is made exclusively from mountain milk.
