A gourmet stop in the heart of Fivizzano

Dto the 'friendship between Giovanna and Serena, and their shared passion for good and genuine things, was born the Agribottega del Gusto, a refreshment space and store in the historic center of Fivizzano that is much more than just a store of typical products. Here you can taste and buy healthy and genuine products from our certified organic farms, as well as other excellent products from 0 km, Slow Food and the UNESCO Man and Biosphere Reserve of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Most importantly, you can learn about the stories behind these products and their connection to our territory.

From the farm Di là dall'Acqua and Pachamama you will find chestnut flour and all the products derived from it, such as noodles, cookies and spreadable cream, honey, a true symbol of Lunigiana, as well as hazelnuts and related products: cookies, gluten-free hazelnut cake, gianduia cream with more than 50 percent hazelnuts. There will be no shortage of Marocca di Casola, cheeses and cured meats, herb cakes, apple wheels, olive oil, local wines, China Clementi and many other delicacies...

But the Agribottega is also a place for mouth-watering stops where you can sample these goodies directly with mouth-watering chopping boards, also available in vegetarian and vegan versions, you can also enjoy local desserts, drink centrifuges and the best craft beers.
