Cà del Bosco Farmhouse
In Mulazzo, in the heart of nature...
L' Agriturismo Cà del Bosco is nestled in the hills 250 meters above sea level and completely immersed in the lush nature of Lunigiana, from which there is an incomparable view of the Val di Magra, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Apuan Alps. It consists of two ancient farmhouses, located within a large garden that extends to the vineyards and ancient oak groves among the large green areas used for grazing. The Agricultural activity is in fact mainly organized on the production of wine from our Fedespina winery and in animal breeding.
From the old structure, through a conservative restoration, five independent apartments were created, with a total of 21 beds.
Tastefully and traditionally furnished, they are equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, independent heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet and outdoor barbecue.
A patio and an old wisteria-covered medieval threshing floor define the common areas for guests to gather, along with a large swimming pool for exclusive use.
