“I am Holly Diazzi, I am a freelance holistic practitioner, practicing Reflexology with the Lucia Torri Cianci Method, which takes care of a person’s health and psychophysical well-being by working not only on the foot but also on the whole body! My work involves reading and interpreting signs of imbalance and then going on to treat the cause of an ailment rather than focusing only on the symptom. I also offer advice on healthy living, nutrition, exercise and meditation.
I chose to return to my homeland because this magical place surrounded by greenery is the ideal place to practice an activity that leads to Being rather than appearing! Here I cultivate a thousand-meter field from which I harvest my produce and study nutrition through a macrobiotic path.
I chose to abandon the seduction of certain but futile things to live in a small village in Lunigiana, and I am eager to share my experience and its benefits with other people in an all-round way.”
