Lhe Lunigiana again stars on television screens and once again it will be its typical dishes and flavors that will bring it to the national limelight: as we anticipated, the famous cooking show, Masterchef Italia, now in its 14th edition, will bring the contestants and the four judges namely chefs Antonino Cannavaciuolo, Bruno Barbieri and Giorgio Locatelli to Alta Val di Magra, precisely in Pontremoli.
Within the competition to become the new Masterchef, contestants compete in outdoor tests, away from the technological kitchens of the Sky studios in Milan.Divided into two cooking brigades, they compete by trying their hand at dishes typical of their host territory, which will then be judged by the residents themselves. The winning team automatically moves on to the next round, while the contestants compete in an additional test, the dreaded pressure test that will result in the elimination of the worst.
Sky subscribers will find out what the theme of the Lunigiana outdoor test will be on Thursday, January 23 from 9:15 p.m. on Sky One, while they will have to wait a few months for free-to-air repeats on TV8.
Another great showcase for the gastronomy of Lunigiana after the success of the episode of 4 Restaurants with Alessandro Borghese
