The Monastero dei Frati Bianchi winery was founded in 2004, when Giorgio Tazzara decided to regenerate the ancient fields belonging to the monastery of Monte dei Bianchi, where the original vineyards had been abandoned.
Since 2019, when the Bernardini family joined the business, a new vineyard called “La Rocca” has been added to the “Monte dei Bianchi” existing one.
Today, you can visit the winery where you can taste (and buy direct) its delicious wines.
