With the guidance of Stefano, the cheesemaker, a unique experience to discover the secrets and techniques of artisanal production of this delicious cheese, but also to taste Parmigiano directly from the wheel. <\/p>\n<p>Visit the processing rooms, to discover the entire Parmigiano Reggiano DOP supply chain from the processing of freshly milked milk, to salting, to maturing.
